Art Day is always a favorite with our classes every year. What could be more fun that learning more about the art in our community in the late Fall? The bus loaded up to make the first stop at the Dali Museum for a discussion with the Director, Hank Hine followed by a tour. Onward to the amazing Chilhuly Museum to see masterful works in glass that included a tour and a glass blowing demonstration. Next stop: The Factory and then lunch at the Gehar + Peterancz Architecture firm. Onward to the Imagine Museum with a tour from Jane Buckman the Deputy Director. The final stop of the day was at the Mahaffey Theater where the class took yet another tour provided by Amy Miller, President. Thank you to our esteemed sponsors The McKinney Law Group, Sanchez & Co., Z•AA, Behar + Peteranecz, Bill Edwards Foundation for the Arts, RS/BP Public Relations, and Rutland Commercial.
